**BidWiz** (we, "us", "Company") owns and operates a browser
add-on extension ("Extension"). Your (you, user(s)) installation and use of the Extension and our
Services (as defined below) are governed by these Terms of Service ("Terms of Service"), as well as
our [Privacy Policy](../policy/) (collectively "Terms"). These Terms constitute an electronic contract
and legally binding agreement between you and us.
You warrant that you are eligible to enter
into these Terms and are at least 16 years old. By accessing, installing, or using the Extension or
the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Extension or
our Service.
Service and License

Our Extension enables you to
extend the functionality of your browser and personalize your browsing experience. Upon installation,
the Extension will change your browser's new tab settings. The installation and use of the Extension
and its features are collectively referred to as the "Service(s)".
You may use the Services
solely for personal, non-commercial use. Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a
limited, revocable, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Service ("License"). You may
install the Extension on a single device owned or controlled by you.
User Warranties and
Restrictions of Use

You agree to use the Services in
compliance with applicable laws and not to:
* Disable or interfere with security-related
features of the Extension.
* Copy, sell, lease, share, sublicense, or distribute the
Extension.
* Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the Extension's source code.

Remove or alter any copyright, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
* Use automated means such as
bots or scrapers to access the Service.
* Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities through the
Service.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or disable your access to the Service at
any time without notice or liability.
Title and Ownership

reserve all rights, express or implied, in the Service, including derivatives, improvements, and
modifications. All trademarks, service marks, product names, and trade names are owned by us or third
parties.
Third-Party Content

We do not guarantee the availability
of the Service at all times and disclaim responsibility for unauthorized access or use. The Service is
provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by

merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold
harmless **BidWiz** and its employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages,
or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Term and
Termination

These Terms are effective upon installation of the
Extension. You may uninstall the Extension at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or
terminate the Service at our discretion without notice.

We respect user privacy and handle data solely to provide and

Dispute
Resolution
------------------
If you have a dispute, please contact us first to attempt
resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American
Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class-action
lawsuits. Claims must be filed in an individual capacity.
Changes to the
Terms
--------------------
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective
upon publication. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
